Matt McConville has joined the Cecil & Campbell Advisors team and will be working in Tenant Advisory services and Investments. Matt brings with him years of experience in the real estate world, having spent time working in both the hospitality real estate industry, and the residential sector.

Matt’s experience working with Hodges Ward Elliott, the largest privately held hotel brokerage in the country, and within the residential real estate world has allowed him to see real estate transactions from two different perspectives – an experience he values in bringing to Cecil & Campbell:

“I’ve always had a desire and passion to work in an industry that was focused on building a relationship with clients during a sale and working to put together complex pieces of a puzzle related to a client’s need. While this is true for all areas of a real estate transaction, I am excited to be putting this passion to work as a tenant advisor,” says Matt. “I’ve always known that I liked the complexity of the commercial transactions, but coming on board at Cecil & Campbell to work directly with Tenants and their office needs really allows me to focus on that skillset.”

In addition to Tenant Advisory, Matt will be working within the Investments side of CCA and will focus on building honest and transparent relationships with his investment clients.

“Investments and investment advisement are ultimately transactions based on trust and the relationship with the client. Clients have to know that their broker is dedicated to putting the client’s interests first – something that ultimately drove me to Cecil & Campbell.”

Matt says it is the CCA model of partnering with their clients that brought him to join the team. Having known Kacey & Chris both personally and having seen their dedication to their clients and their model for building the Cecil & Campbell brand, he says it was an easy choice to join the team.
